Display the Users GitHub profile picture.

[ ] Change the Entity Author to have the ability to have a photo (this is of type byte[]).
[ ] Get the information from the Users GitHub profile what image they have.
[ ] Check that it is stored in the Azure SQL database.
[ ] Display it on the UI.
