Add pact metadata to generated contracts #142

Part of the Pact V3 project. From this issue - https://github.com/ITV/scala-pact/issues/84

Have rebased on master and run the full local-build-test.sh. Everything's looking fine AFAICT - the generated pact in the example consumer project contains the correct metadata.
