Warn user when not running as administrator #7

For the lazy that don't read READMEs before yolo'ing on a new tool on the Internet, it would be helpful if the tool gave a heads up if you ran it without administrator privileges.

In my case, I got some hotkeys listed but many did not show up, so my first reaction was that the tool didn't work 100%. When I ran as admin, I got all the expected hotkeys listed.

Hi, thanks for your comment. Such idea has already been on the board, and now I converted this to an issue (#9), so it should force me to do it faster :). I didn't have time lately to improve the application, but I hope it will change very soon.

Has been resolved in version 1.1.0.
