Create AWS Cognito FE functionality to create signup, loging and password reset page.

Acceptance Criteria

Create a aws cognito sdk configuration in FE so that we can create Signup, Login and Password reset
The functionality should work end-to-end by adding user into Cognito
Signup a new user
Reset Password
