Add citation information to front page #70

This adds instructions on citing ITensor to the front page (maybe there is a better place for it, or somewhere else we should put it as well). I noticed some of the recent papers weren't citing the paper, and it looks like that information was only in the news so it may be hard to find.

@emstoudenmire, I rendered index.html locally but I don't have it set up to build the entire website, could you test this to make sure it renders properly?

Good idea Matt. I had noticed some people not citing the paper too. I fixed some minor issues (like the whitespace to the left inside the 

 block was pushing the citation info to the right). Good idea to put an \mbox{ITensor} also because I noticed before that the capitalization can come out wrong in BibTeX otherwise.

Actually the \mbox{ITensor} was just copied from your news post: http://itensor.org/news.html#ITensorPaper, I didn't realize what it was for. I could change that in the Github READMEs as well if it is better.

I see haha. Yes I would recommend including the \mbox{ITensor} in all of our recommended BibTeX because otherwise it usually renders as "The itensor software..." in LaTeX output.
