I installed Distant Horizons 2.2.1 and latest version EnlightenedBlockEntities for 1.20.1. When I putted many chests, I had laggies. Also, after disable Distant Horizons I had laggy in the same world, but if go to not generated chunks or make other world hasn't problem.
