Updated Clover link and added OpenCore links #15

The old link https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/files/latest/download?source=files tries to download Clover_v2.5k_r5071.zip which contains a text file with the GitHub link to the new official Clover location. Also since OpenCore is featured in TINU, I added the appropriate links.

Thank you, but i think i will just rewite the messange and put you in the credits for the idea, a lot of stuff changed in the source code since this source release, so merging this in nowwill not affect the latest source. And you give me the idea to complitely rewire it because it's outdated.
