Hello, is it possible to disable sending to aprs?

Sorry, but to send infos in APRS-IS is the only purpose of this firmware. If you want you can comment the original Send2APRS() routine and write a dummy one, the results is what you want (anyway, there are better firmware around for logging and presenting environmental parameters...)
