Only LSA remains, but it is in fact multiple pages. Will open it as a separate issue, and open issues for review of the above pages individually.

I have left them in variable states; in some cases they are good enough for me to consider them "done" but others I basically just converted to XHTML, and tidied up the markup. Feel free to edit them yourself: you don't even need to check them out with git, you can edit them online in github.com, e.g. https://github.com/IUBLibTech/newton_chymistry/edit/master/html/about.html
