Link to LSA component should use the version on carbon not maple #76

The P4 live site and the P5 webapp both link to a version of the LSA component on maple which corresponds to what is published on the live site, a subset, but the P5 webapp must point to the LSA version on carbon which covers the whole corpus.

I'd be happy to update the code so that the URL of the relevant LSA back end is a configuration option (like the Solr base URL). Would that be helpful?

@wehooper do you know the status of this? I know you and Jim Halliday were working on getting the LSA component up and running on Possum.
