Revised version of PUG-REST Part 1 #14

I've made changes to book/recipes/pubchem-pug-rest1.ipynb, based on the comments by Samuel. This commit affects the following four files:

book/recipes/pubchem-pug-rest1.ipynb book/recipes/pubchem-pug-rest-syntax.jpg book/recipes/conformer1.txt book/recipes/conformer2.txt

The second file (pubchem-pug-rest-syntax.jpg) is new. It is used by the revision of the Jupyter notebook.

Note that the third and fourth files "conformer1.txt" and "conformer2" are generated by the jupyter notebook, not used by the notebook. So, the files are not necessary, but uploaded for archival and tracking purposes.

Please merge the branch into the main.
