This "technique' promotes the use of an Excel spreadsheet that has been populated with chemistry units of measurement based on the guidelines from the IUPAC Green Book, 3rd edition. The premise is that the spreadsheet can be used as a controlled vocabulary for units (and prefixes) allowing unambiguous reporting of the units.

I need to change the names of the files. Other than that is this good to go? I think I provided all the changes needed...

I will change the names of the files when I merge into the Cookbook, once one you approves. If not approved that is fine too we need to keep standards up.

@Smund27 @kroenlein Looks like I cleaned this up enough that you can review and then if approved merge to main. If you have a chance to look at this and approve/decline or indicate additional changes needed I would appreciate it. Trying to get as much content in as possible...
