Blank user name field breaks Create/Edit Group form

The "Member" drop down on the Create/Edit group form inside Access Control generates angular errors if a user does not have a name field set. The user records are created following a successful CAS login, but they are created initially with no name set, only the user id.

This should be addressed in multiple ways.

• [ ] Create placeholder username upon account creation (perhaps use user id as temporary name?)
• [ ] Prompt user to enter name/update profile for login-based automatic account creation
• [ ] Make Name a required field for admin-based account creation
• [ ] Make the Group Create/Edit form more robust and able to handle missing/blank name field in the user list
