SQAN: Add indicator for likely optimal template (when ReQCing) #178

Mike had an idea that we could add an indicate the likely most optimal template when a ReQC is being attempted perhaps using the number of matching SeriesDescriptions.

Closing stale ticket; SQAN has not been as much of a priority and has been in steady state mode. CC @charlesbrandt

We can reopen this particular one if the request props up again.
