Resend all image data following refactoring upgrade #21

Really more of a ticket for Sundar than John but right now we're waiting on Sundar to join the repo.

Suggesting we send the data up to the beginning of last year for all studies with a template (MRI) or all PET/CT using the earliest scan from that time period as a template. more info in the template resend issue (#20).

2018 MRI scans were all sent for IIBISIDs selected by John West, as of 8pm on 2/14/2019. What are next steps: 1) Resume sending 2019 MRIs or 2) Start with PETCT 2018 scans? or both? -Sundar

REPEAT OF WHAT I WROTE ON THE TEMPLATE TICKET.

@jdwest0711, @mparamas (CC: @aiavenak, @youngmd ): While there may be a few requests to exclude additional keywords (via the DICOM Header Google spreadsheet) and/or bug/feature requests, we consider the redeployment of the RADY-SCA service stack to use the refactored code/DB to be COMPLETE.

At this point, we are ready for you to resend all templates and data that you would like to send to RADY-SCA, at your convenience.

I do highly recommend you start the mass resend this afternoon so we have a good chance of catching up to the extent possible by Monday morning.

@jdwest0711 I need PETCT list of IIBISIDs for 2018 with template phantoms.

@mparamas Our messages above crossed. We are on the same page, however... you guys should go ahead and send us ALL data (all modalities) that you would like to send per your and John's best judgment.

Ok. I need PETCT list of IIBISIDs for 2018 with template phantoms (ATTN: John). I will send 2019 MRI scans for the IIBISIDs chosen by John, though it will only be a few for Jan and Feb.

@mparamas. The PET/CT data has no "templates" perse. They use subjects sent again as templates. Determining how best to send templates is a topic for our Tuesday meeting. I think we should start with the IIBIS numbers Karmen and Shannon sent us. Send all data from beginning of 2018 and use the first scan available as the template. I'll post details here in a bit. Trying to do this from my phone right now.

@mparamas @agopu Sundar and I spoke via email. Sundar will be sending all PET/CT data for IIBIS numbers 0000-00004 and 2010-00166. We will use the first subjects from each of those for templates. We will revamp and correct after meeting with researchers Tuesday.
