VM for UI & API
~~Postgres db on commons3~~ (we are using docker for db)
colo node for workers
SDA account
Secure download server + Nginx config
DNS entry for a hostname
scauser / scadev account + sudo docker permissions for the team
firewall rules

scadev on colo25 should have working SDA configuration for this

UI/API/PSQL containers are up on bioloop-dev1.sca.iu.edu, web-accessible URL is bioloop-dev.sca.iu.edu

code is in /opt/sca/bioloop, owned scadev:sca. Need to add user accounts for dev team (ryan is currently the only allowed team member, as he pinged me a bout it the other day).

Will pull and get workers/secure download running on colo25 as scadev. Will use bioloop-dev2.sca.iu.edu for secure download URL

Workers are setup in colo25 as scadev at ~/bioloop. They are not configured to comminicate with Mongo, RabbitMQ and Rhythm yet. It is better to host dev version of rhythm_api on bioloop-dev.sca.iu.edu and connect the workers to these instances.

Once I get access to bioloop-dev, I'll set up these services and work with @rperigo regarding firewall rules.
