Create SCA_Tableau database on rtstats (production/devel) #4

We want to create an SCA_Tableau database on rtstats (production/devel).

I will assume usual authN/Z setup via ACL scripts that are backed up unless we follow a better route (e.g. ansible).

Various SCA services will push to this DB while RADL-operated tableau dashboard(s) will read off it.

Please feel free to create a separate int-issues ticket as necessary especially for sensitive details.

Mike/@IUSCA/dev - this DB now exists. I will share credentials with you offline. Please let me know if you encounter any error conditions.

FYI. ACL info on backup server (until it can be folded into deployment playbooks or the like).

Mike confirmed being able to push data from an ODI endpoint and being able to query from the Test Tableau server (to serve data).
