Describe the Solution Utilizing RSI come up with a paper algorithm to select a delta to sell options weekly on Friday at 8am UTC

Note this task is not to analyze RSI or to create the indicator it is to simply provide a strategy using RSI and as few other params as possible to calculate a possible delta to sell at
