Terminal and enroute CTAs #18

CTAs need adding for all airspace

cta-enroute.airspace

Comment out the CTA description (e.g. Berry Head CTA001) at the top and then list coordinates to draw the shapes. Be careful to remove any overlapping lines as these files could get very big otherwise!
