pseudo stereo #224

Any chance of this being added. Just curious if there is a way of getting 
stereo sound from games that does not have it.....mainly some of the SMS and 
SG-1000 games. If not, thats cool, I was just wondering.

I hardly see how it could be feasible, considering that sound which is output 
for these games is determined by the original game program itself and those 
games obviously assume the original sound hardware only has mono capability. 

This reminds me though that I still need to add stereo Game Gear audio support.
