Sewer shark sega cd stuttering voices #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)

Tried out 3 different versions of sewer shark, all run the same way 60fps, but 
most of the in game voices become stuttery when they should not be.

Does not happen for me, try with a SDCARD to se eif this makes any difference, 
get a faster USB drive and make sure IOS58 is loaded when the emulator is 
launched to enable USB2 speed
