Save state crash the emulator

I had this problem yesterday but I dont know if can be appear again

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Save state to SD, playing SMS games (In my case Shinobi)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After the save completed screen the image get freezed, nothing work
and have to power off the wii

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
last version

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)
I did saved before in some stages and works fine, but one time this appeared 
and I have to make reset, the SD works fine, I play everyday with other 
emulators as snesgx and never give any problem

could be anything but if you cannot reproduce it and only happened a single 
time, there is not much i can do

I have more problems with freezes, loading roms too and I think that the reason 
is the pendrive, maybe for not be dis-fragmented? I will try something
