Move image documentation from GitHub to Docker Hub.

I decided to keep the IVCT Docker image documentation in the GitHub project:

The DockerHub wiki is poor, although the markdown language appears to be the same as GitHub.
Keep all documentation in one place, together with the software. Makes maintenance easier.

The DockerHub image documentation provides a pointer to the GitHub image documentation.
