Adjust compostions #191

Create the default IVCT Docker composition with only the framework components.

The SUT and RTI are started outside this composition as separate (customer supplied) components. Note that SUT and RTI may still be containerized.

The compositions have been split in IVCT compositions and SUT compositions. The IVCT compositions do not include RTI infra components (Pitch CRC, VTMaK RTI Exec, etc). These are assumed to be part of the SUT. An IVCT composition runs in host network mode, making it easy to use the IVCT with a non-containerized SUT.
