HW SUT composition in overlay mode not usable #232

The HW SUT image does not support setting the LRC advertised address. The HW container can therefore not be contacted by a remote federate -- i.e. the IVCT. This applies to the HW SUT composition in overlay mode.

One solution is to use the LRC Base image to transparently handle this via ENV settings.

all images should now use the LRC mechanics as defined in the LRC base images. That includes the following images:
