Pitch CRC using file mount assumes Linux #10

Current composition examples for CRC assume a Linux installation of the CRC on the Docker Host. This needs to be clarified in the documentation. And an example on how to run the containerized CRC on Docker4Windows needs to be added.

The Pitch CRC version on the host file system must be the Linux edition of the CRC in order to be able to mount it in and run the CRC. Work around: Install to CRC on a Linux host, and transfer the install folder to a Windows host.
