The test cases, like the TC_IR_RPR2_0008, are using the federate name to verify the SuT identity. But the AircraftRefFed did only define its federate type. This was ok for the pRTI, because it uses the type as a default for assigning a federate name. But the MAK RTI has a different behavior, therefor the AircraftRefFed needs to set a valid federate name.
