How to upscale a low-resolution image? #6

Hi, I find the input of KMSR is a blurred HR image but not a LR one. So I want to ask how to upscale a LR image to a super resolved image with your method. I feel this method is more like a de-blurring task than a super-resolution task. Is there something I understand wrong?

Yes, this is a de-blurring work rather than a SR one.
