J relationship types #31

Reorganized page slightly (placed edit and delete buttons beneath characters; moved add_relationship to its own form beneath add_character)
Added relationship types (4 predefined; custom)
Modified database (fixed character primary key; set up foreign key constraints and ON DELETE / UPDATE settings for relationships)
Added simple unit tests (more are needed; unsure how to tackle those)

I will also add that its hard to do code reviews for y'all if you don't use pull requests for most of your changes, or if you are non-descript about what is included in each merge.
