As a creator, I want to add relationships between my characters of different types (custom or provided).

Confirmation:
1. Add a relationship with a predefined type between characters
2. Check to see the type is as specified
3. Add a relationship with a custom type between characters
4. Check to see the type is as specified

Provided - should come from a menu of some sort on the GUI Custom - should come from user input
