please merge this checkpoint I proposed some time ago, if you prefer add a more recent one but we should have a checkpoint that is more recent than a few years added to the source/client.

happy NY team! Glad to see the checkpoint upgrade. Got a major builder system upgrade to post real soon... should streamline cross platform generation, using the latest bitcoin 'depends' toolchain construction process, and more good stuff for IXC 2015 is around the corner!
