Cannot copy and paste into photo description field
First, thank you for your work on this photo gallery software! I'm a photographer and I look forward to using the app more. This bug was one of the small user experience issues I found in an otherwise smooth experience.
Describe the bug
I'm trying to do my part and use alt-text when sharing photos on mastodon.
People often post memes or article quotes I want to save. I would like to save the alt-text they provide in the photo description, so that when I repost it, I can reuse their alt text.
However, the photo description field does not allow me to copy or paste.
To reproduce
Go to any photo. Click the info icon in the upper right. Click the pencil edit icon on the description. That will pop up an editable photo description field.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to long press and paste into the description box.
Actual behavior
The Android menu I normally see to "copy, cut, paste, paste special, select all" does not pop up.

Smart phone
Device: Samsung moto g100 OS: Android version 12 Gallery version: 2.1.0
I don't have an unlocked phone, so I can't build from source. I installed version 2.1.0 from fdroid.
I'm using Android version 12 on a Samsung moto g100.
