Did you manage to implement any changes? Why? Yes, I managed to implement several changes to my routine as part of my ongoing development and personal growth plan. These changes were motivated by my desire to enhance my productivity and well-being. Specifically, I focused on better time management, setting clear boundaries, and incorporating regular breaks into my work schedule.

Reflection on Impact of Changes How are these changes affecting your weekly hours? These changes have resulted in a more structured approach to my weekly hours. I’ve started allocating specific time slots for focused work and dedicated breaks, which has helped me manage my time more effectively. I estimate that I am now working around 5 hours a week more productively.

Do you now have more or less energy? I find that I have more energy throughout the day. The incorporation of breaks and the establishment of boundaries have allowed me to recharge, making my work sessions more effective and less draining.

More or less time? I feel I have more time available because I’m working smarter, not harder. By prioritizing tasks and avoiding distractions, I’m completing my work in a more efficient manner.

Do you feel happier or not? I feel happier as a result of these changes. Having a clearer structure and seeing the results of my efforts has positively influenced my mood and motivation.

Are you feeling more or less anxious? I am feeling less anxious. The improved organization of my tasks and the assurance that I’m making progress have alleviated much of the stress I previously experienced.

Can you sleep and rest better or not? Yes, my sleep quality has improved. With a clearer mind and reduced anxiety, I am finding it easier to relax and fall asleep at night.

Do you feel your focus level has changed? Yes, I believe my focus level has significantly improved. With structured work sessions and minimal distractions, I am able to concentrate better on my tasks.
