Merge cal and equipment directories #2

The /cal and /equipment directories replicate some ldap files and login 
processes. This can be minimized if these folders are combined, separating out 
the logins as per student vs admin/labtechs, but headers and footers may differ 
in addition to the index files.

They will remain separate unless a better way to implement the separate 
sections can be found.
