Filter out "S.C.A.M" messages, some item buying scams and gp selling adverts

Great additions and modifications, and beautifully organized too! I'm assuming the 'advertement' regex is a commonly misspelled word bots use? That's the only one I'd consider either removing, adding to another regex or omitting. Just because I'd rather the regex be specific and less inclusive, than less accurate but more inclusive.

Let me know what you think. Also, everything else looks good. I'll add it to the testing branch for a few days and migrate it over.

Thanks! Yes, the bots seem to misspell advertisement as 'advertement' and 'adverment'.

That's a good point - we could actually remove the 'advertement' match and still catch 90% of their messages with the 'S.C.A.M' matches. I'll look into catching the remaining messages.
