Feature was requested by @carolx.

It would be great to be able to receive DDB updates for changes in armor, weapons and items equipped, because of changes to AC, resistance and bonuses.

Backend has been updated to support this feature, released in ddb-game-log-server@0.18.3. Feature has been implemented, target release will be ddb-game-log@2.2.0 Beta is out.
