Renaming tabs: a proposal #22

Insights is basically statistics. It is focused on achievements, histograms, apple pies, improvement's areas and so on.

Training is the core section of the app: it is a coach and it drives user during the workout.

Dashboard includes all about app behaviors like themes, but also it is the home for the other available plans. It has a calendar (or more simply a weekly plan) with our training days.

Also the icons should changing. "Training" should having a dumbbell, while "Dashboard" two rectangles vertically stacked (I seen this icon somewhere in internet).

"Insights" (former "Performance") already has the proper icon.

Out of topic: what does it means "Kenko"? Where does this name come from?

Kenko means Healthy or Strong in Japanese
