Mistakenly I deleted two exercises due the sliding action

There are two main cases and two solutions, both good, in my opinion.

1. An user voluntarily delete an exercise, but three days after he changes his mind.

• trash bin

2. An user mistakenly delete an exercise.

• 5 seconds countdown timer starts: in this case the user can pushing on 'cancel' button.

It would be unnecessary to add a trash bin. Lets say a user deletes a exercise by choice, they will surely know wgat that exercise was and then can simple add it backs, its just a name. And if they didn't what they deleted but it was deleted deliberately then it doesn't make a difference, as they can add exercises they want.

@Iamlooker Maybe also tweak the sensitivity of the swipe action? I don't know if it's an issue with my device but for me it's way easier to accidentally trigger the swipe action in Kenko than in other apps.
