madrid annotation file #197

Madrid annotation file (/mnt/2tb-1/satellitepy/data/FR24_dataset/labels/Madrid_23MAR28111507.geojson) does not have the same structure as the other annotation files. satellitepy can not currently parse it. Please adjust it.
