Make the updater create new files when they aren't there #12

When an updater runs, let them make the files of directories

what if the developer moved the directory? => have a flag that could stop it?

I think I should hide the composer inside the core directory

Actually, I don't have to move the composer

Maybe the updater doesn't have to do that much. Update the core and that's it
