Add list of "favorites" (pages, global)

Add a list of Favorited pages; this would be global, not tied to one file (since a presentation often takes slides from multiple files), but savable separately for re-use later. It would contain the filename, the pagenumber, and the page title. so that if between presentations you added or removed a page, we could hunt for the page title (and update the saved file) automatically. For magic, could use simillarity matching so if you change a few words on a slide title AND moved the slide, we'd still find it.

Possible implementation ideas:

• Create Deck class encapsulating file, faves, tab it's in?
• Add a List faves to Deck ** in toolbox adds star (UI exists)
• Add *-> to Toolbox to popup favorites menu.
• Or Map<Dec, List> Then View Favorites walks the list and adds all to a ListView; clicking opens that page.
