Page number too wide for nav box in 3-digit numbers (on some platforms) #4

On some platforms the "%d of %d" page# indicator becomes too wide (esp. with page numbers > 99). Should probably change from one textfield to both a textfield(%d) for the current page# and a label below it "of %d"

Fixed by commit 9ee494a - adds a separate display - but a prior commit has broken page nav, so wait before using.
