Custom Slideshow #47

Just one page from each deck is incomplete. Pop up a list of open tabs, with a textfield for each. Inputs like: "1", or "1-4", or "1,4,5,6" to give page numbers for that deck to be included in the custom slideshow

Seems more trouble than worth, for occasional use. Prove me wrong.
