bluez system #406

Hello, I try to used bluepy successfully for a Nordic based project. Why do not used the system bluez version ? Also why the bluez version compiled wasn't a submodule based on a forked repo of official bluez repo ? How I can know change made on bluez to adapt to bluepy ? Also I would to know if this project is reliable and if an alternative exist.
