Support for .music or .music-tracker command #104

Idea for command to be enabled in specific channels to track links to youtube, soundcloud, spotify, and other sites that are linked to recommend music. Simply track the number of links a user posts and have some sort of leaderboard (could be an extension of the .karma command).

This would require a lot of tweaking and maintenance, would rather put the time elsewhere

GUESS WHAT I'M BRINGING BACK

This would require:

Volume controls
Add to Queue
Remove to Queue
Start Streaming
Stop Streaming
Skip
Pause / Resume
Now Playing

We'll need systems to auto-stop if no one else is in the room, connecting to a room when starting, things like that. Also will want to adjust automatically if a user moves the bot to another channel.

I think the best place to look initially is YouTube or Spotify
