crashes when H10 is in single channel mode and in use (was Production release 249) #27

The app crashes. I'm using a Google pixel 5 on the latest OS.

Were you able to pair with Polar Beat? Have you enable dual channel mode in Polar Beat in the H10 settings?

Thanks for reaching out so quickly (and apologies for leaving the 1 star on google store so quickly)

I have not tried pairing with polar beat. I have connected it to Hrv Logger app over bluetooth while also connected to Zwift the on the ant+ channel- does that answer your question about dual channel usage?

Hi, and thanks,

By default, you can only connect the H10 to one BLE sink at a time. So check carefully that you have disconnected all other apps/devices from the H10.

If you enable dual channel mode using Polar Beat / Polar Flow, you will be able to connect TWO apps/devices to the H10 at the same time. In that case, one of those can be something other than FatMaxxer.

Hi Jimmy,

Failing that, could you try to extract the debug.log file. Search for the folder online.fatmaxxer.alpha1 on your phone, or enable Developer Mode and Export the debug.log file (may take a couple of restarts).
