Add logging module #17

Use logging instead of print statements so we can avoid all sorts of fuckery.

Things we need to log for scrapers:

[ ] Error: When selenium/requests driver returns None on web query
[ ] Error: When BeautifulSoup fails to return content based on given html tag and tag attributes
[ ] Error: Exceptions returned by NewsApi during initial query for urls
