This has a major new feature, a "Create Custom Profile" menu which makes it a lot easier to create profiles for unsupported computers.

There is some documentation on how to use it in the Info menu:

Add automatic detection of HDMI mode (DVI monitor or HDMI monitor) Note the manual HDMI mode setting has now been moved to the Settings menu

Measure vsync width when calculating capture size (many Atari 2600 games have non standard vsync width)

Add 4K @50/60Hz for Pi 4 (This mode is auto detected and selected on a Pi 4) Note when connected to a 4K monitor with other Pi models, 1080p is auto detected as they can only display 4K @ 25/30Hz You can manually select 4K @ 25/30Hz on those models if preferred to 1080p.
