Upgrade dependencies [breaking] #60

This bumps pretty much all of the dependencies, most of them being dev dependencies, but also some production ones. Because of this, we'll need to release a new version because node versions less than 8 will no longer be supported.

Tested this locally in another application, and seems to be working well.
