Thank you for the wonderful package! I'm wondering if I may apply this package to classify cite-seq datasets using my own custom cell surface markers? I've tried changing the assay type and querying my own custom list but am receiving this error: Error in Z[cell_markers_genes_score[jj, "gene_"], ]: subscript out of bounds Would you be able to help me?
